Custom Apparel for a Unique Brand
When your brand is so iconic, off-the-rack apparel is not an option. Fireball Whisky was looking for a unique hoodie to hand out as gifts to customers before the holidays. It was important that no one would be able to replicate the garment, making each one a true keepsake.
We presented a number of concepts showcasing Fireball’s fire-breathing dragon and “fireball” icons. They settled a stretch fabric hoodie with a custom-printed red lining, embroidered chest logo, contrasting red zippers, and patterned thumbholes. After reviewing a couple of prototypes, the team at Fireball asked for some subtle changes and then turned us loose to do the rest. In a matter of weeks, the complete order was delivered to their warehouse.
Fireball’s distributors and customer retailers were wowed by their gifts, but most likely not surprised. After all, the brand is known for being a true original.
Premium Promotional Items
When your name is synonymous with quality, it goes without saying that your promotional giveaways must follow suit. Yeti® is one of the most popular brands in the country at the moment, so supply is often limited. Sourcing thousands of tumblers and having them all perfectly engraved with the new Southern Comfort® logo requires relationships with a number of industry partners. Our sourcing team was able to secure the required quantities and even negotiate below MSRP pricing by bidding out high-volume orders.
On-site Brandstorming Show
Blackbaud is always on the lookout for new and meaningful branded items to give to customers. However, the process of researching items, contacting vendors, and ordering samples can be quite an ordeal.
To save everyone’s time, we brought an entire showcase of promotional products and apparel to Blackbaud headquarters. We selected only the newest or best-selling items while remaining within each department’s budget. Buyers were able to experience a wide selection of relevant items during a quick visit.
Increasing Marketing Department Productivity
Blackbaud executes an incredible number of customer events a year. The marketing team explained how time consuming it was to manage all of the inbound shipments of promo and apparel, store those items, and then later ship them out to field staff and event sites. To alleviate this bottleneck, we built them a company web store.
All of Blackbaud’s approved items for each department are now on one website. Each department sees only their selected items. All items are inventoried in our warehouse and they are shipped on demand with just a simple click of a mouse. Product never clutters up the office and no one spends valuable time repacking items and shipping items out to the field.
A Globally Synchronized Brand Launch
SDL is the global innovator in language translation technology, services, and content management. The company recently completed a brand refresh, and their marketing department was keen on generating excitement amongst their staff all around the world. They contacted us to help them with a fun but ambitious project—send a collection of branded items to every employee across all forty global offices.

Customer Onboarding Gifts
As a part of their software purchase, each new Cherwell customer goes through a comprehensive onboarding process leading up to an official “Go Live.” To celebrate this milestone, Cherwell gives everyone on the customer team a “Go Live Kit,” which consists of fun items that reflect Cherwell’s unique culture.
Each kit is semi-customizable, allowing the Cherwell implementation team to add something unique for each customer. We assemble the base kits at our warehouse and inventory them so they are ready to go at a moment’s notice. When a customer “Goes Live,” the Cherwell team logs on to the company web store and orders a kit with just a few clicks. We add a personalized Cherwell notecard before shipping the package to the customer.
We make it easy for the Cherwell implementation team to continue this great tradition without becoming distracted by the logistics.
There is no better way for a spirit company to put their stamp on summer than by participating in music festivals. Southern Comfort® is doing just that, and they enlisted our help with creating and producing a New Orleans themed beaded ticket holder/lanyard. We brought the concept over to one of our manufacturing partners who has expertise in custom molding. They were able to produce the required quantities as specified, on-time, and at a price similar to mass-marketed alternatives.
